Considering we had been waiting two months for delivery of a set from another company, we were absolutely thrilled. The Gladys set looks very smart on our deck, the curved shape on the legs is a nice feature. The cushions are plump, the seat width is roomy. The cushions do get very hot if left out in full sun, best to put them way or at least turn them over. We went for the grey/white colour which was not what we initially wanted but so glad we did as it looks very nice. All in all we are very happy with our Gladys and I would recommend Flamongo to anyone. By the way, we cancelled the order from the other company, it seemed unlikey to materialise.

So far, so excellent! Only issue we had was with poor service from Panther, the delivery company employed by Flamongo. Not only were they very late in delivering, missing their 2 hour time slot by over 3 hours, but they parked on our newly laid grass, even though I'd asked them not to, and they broke a tile on the side of our house bringing the items in. I've emailed Panther about these issues but had no reply! Flamongo, I think you need to consider alternative delivery companies.

However, Flamongo kept me informed about delays and amended delivery dates and furniture did arrive on the final date I was given. Delivery men were bang on time and very helpful. Furniture itself is exactly as description and looks lovely in my garden. Very pleased with it.
